Requested a twin room for my friend and we were given a double. However, we were quickly given a triple room as this was the only room they had left. This room was very smokey, and no other rooms were available. But the staff were amazing in trying to fix all these initial issues. Spa wasnt available either, which was disappointing as this was one of the reasons we booked the hotel. A sister hotel 10 mins walk away was given as an alternative, which we did accept, but there were no changing facilities other than a toilet with no lock on, to change in. Breakfast was fine and the room was clean (other than the smoke!). Staff were always helpful.

We had a great stay at the hotel Ionik Parliament. Breakfast had good options. Good area with everything within walking distance. Staff were lovely, helpful and friendly.

The hotel was two blocks off what I imagine is the main street in Budapest. There were lots of shops and restaurants. We loved everything, but if I have to choose the greatest thing, I would say the staff cannot be beaten. Anything we requested, any question we had, was not too much trouble. Each and every member of staff earned high praise.

Breakfast was excellent with helpful staff. Room on fourth floor electric blinds not working. Moved to smaller room with manual curtains that obviously worked, No kettle but tea and coffee laid on, but useless without kettle!
