once was enough

we arrived at 11:30PM , took us approx 25 minutes to check in ( 2 rooms ) ' only to find out that the rooms we booked were not available ( stay tuned - we booked more than 10 weeks back , and requested a superior room with a king-size bed, we were later told that hotel prioritizes requests from direct booking guests , we booked through Hotels.com ) . Room service was also a joke , by 3PM , our rooms were not serviced ... Front desk staff , were arrogant. it's a pity since this is a Radison , and a relatively new facility. need to also keep in mind that the hotel is far from city center ... I do have to complement the breakfast buffet. It was very good . But for us it was a threesome visit (first time, last time and once too much)

Plain box like building in a still being built area of more office like buildings and quite distance from city centre,rooms were what we needed,ceiling tiles downstairs had water marks But very helpful staff and breakfast was very good though evening was rich for me personally,though still very good as nothing is perfect

Hotel was ok. Limited menu in the restaurant, buffet breakfast was very good though. Housekeeping was somewhat negligent. We ran out of the shower body wash and asked for more at the desk. Two days later, still nothing. I had to find the housekeeping staff to get it along with toilet paper.

The reception staff is extremely helpful but the room service and cleaning staff is extremely poor. The breakfast choices and food is also limited, you have to get there by 10:00am else most of the items are finished. The location of the property for tourist is not ideal as this is a very quiet and away town centre area. The transport connections are good but the area is very deserted. The room service is only till 09:30pm and very limited choices. Overall it is was average.
