There was a Dumpster in the way of opening the door to go to the other hotel. The reason this was a problem is because NO ONE was at our reserved hotel to check is on. My daughter and I were told, by another customer, that we had to haul all off our luggage to another hotel until ours opened. When we returned after check-in time we asked for our luggage and were told to check the door because it was left open quite often. It was ajar so we took our luggage. What a joke. The "Next To" is a joke.

Great stay

Simple chrck in and out hotel is clean and staff are polite. Good location Only issues the bar shut before midnight and i needed water in the night and couldnt buy any. The hotel is wheelchair accessable apart from 6 steps from the main entrance to reception. So not suitable if you cant get out of your chair. You can access the rest of the hotel without issue

The hotel is in a good location close to the main attractions. There is a garage next to the hotel where I parked my car. There are several clubs and restaurants around the hotel. The hotel is clean, the rooms are comfortable and spacious.

The location it is fantastic, close for every attraction is close. the room is good, but in 4 day a was there the small refrigerator never work. I tell the concierge when just arrive never fix the problem. Really i think don't care to the guest.

We arrived early but were feeling unwell. The staff were very caring and got us into our room as soon as possible, storing our lulggage ulntil we could get a room. While we waited the lobby was very comfortable. The next day we enjoyed the lemonwater and Del Norta pastries very much!

We had a great stay. The hotel is nice, modern, and clean. The TV was a smart TV, and it was so nice to be able to watch Netflix after traveling for a month. The mini fridge in the room had a few free welcome drinks. Overall, a great stay with small amenities that really improve quality of life.

Very clean hotel. Polite, friendly and helpful staff. Great location, whether walking or public tranport. Lots of food places within easy walking distance and a great coffee shop within a few minutes.
