This lovely flat is located in the 1st district, walking distance away from the Batthyanyi square, where you can get anywhere easily in minutes by metro, tram and buses.
Around the square you can find several restaurants, cafes and a shopping hall with a big supermarket. It is the ideal starting point to explore the city and be surrounded with everything you need.
The whole apartment is ready to be used by my guest.
The flat has 1 room with queen size bed, sofa, TV, A/C), a bathroom with shower and toilett (towels, hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel) .There is a fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, microwave, fridge, washing machine). There is some basic grocery in the kitchen (coffee, tea, sugar, sweetener, salt, pepper)
We provide fresh towel and sheets for every guest.
High speed wireless internet is also included in the price.
The entire property is for rent, only you and your friends (or family) will use it!
Parking:
Parking is available on the streets in the surrounding area, but it is paid. Parking garages can also be found just a short walk away.
Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. However, a designated smoking area is available outside the property.
Pets:
We regret to inform you that pets are not allowed.
Parties and Events:
Please refrain from hosting parties or events in the apartment. We respect the peace and quiet of our neighbours. EVENTS AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED!!!!
