Single villa just 200 meters from the beautiful beach of S.Anna di Tanaunella, Budoni with large well-kept and fenced garden with indoor covered parking space.
The villa enjoys excellent privacy and is located in a residence and is part of a group of very well-kept single villas in a dominant position that allows a beautiful sea view. The beach can be reached on foot and leads through the splendid pine forest, equipped with bar, restaurant, pizzeria, on the very fine sand. On the right side of the pine forest we also find stretches of rocks for snorkelers.
The villa is well cared for in all details, the garden a splendor with green lawn, hedges and various flowers. It has a covered veranda with sea view, a second veranda on the back. Internally it consists of a living room with kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom and a bathroom with shower. All rooms except the bathroom are air conditioned. Outside stone shower and granite sink.
