You will never find a nicer Host as Nelly. If I could rate her over a 10 I would. She was always getting back with me right away when I had a question. You get SO much for your money with this newly remodeled home. We are a family of 8, and it was just perfect. It was also so nice to be able to cook some of our meals there. That in itself, was quite a savings.This home is wonderfully located too so much! Most of us just walked to Knott's since it was only a few blocks away. When we return to our favorite vacation spot, California again, we will definitely be booking this home again. It was just perfect!

The house was wonderful! Clean, comfortable and stocked with everything you could need from cooking equipment to makeup mirrors. The owner was quick to respond and super helpful too. Location was great, walked to Knotts. Would definitely stay again

This listing was exactly what we were looking for! Nice, clean, roomy enough for us all, and close to the parks we were going to! The host, Nelly, was a fantastic communicator and recommended places for us to eat and visit. Beds were comfy, place was clean. We had everything we need for a 3 night stay for our family of 7. Will definitly be back, and highly recommend!

Don't hesitate. Great location, clean and helpful details everywhere. The perfect house for a group or a family. We really appreciated the thoughtful little touches around the house. The host was communicative and very helpful!Highly recommend staying here, especially if going to Knott’s (about a 10 min walk). Located in a nice, quiet area, access to all local stores. Easy check in, comfortable beds and nice patio area. Love the place. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a truly wonderful time staying in this beautiful home. Nelly Cortes, the host, was incredibly kind and attentive—always quick to respond and easily accessible for any questions we had. The house itself is not only stylish, very clean, and comfortable, but also perfectly located within walking distance to Knott’s Berry Farm, great restaurants, and plenty of other attractions. We’d absolutely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to family and friends looking for a fantastic vacation rental.

This house has been beautifully remodeled/updated in an older neighborhood in Buena Park. We were so pleased with every aspect—especially that it was walking distance to Knotts Berry Farm. Loved the French doors off the primary bedroom out to the back patio. Was a great space to spend the evenings. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall this is a great little home perfect for the family of 5. It was very clean and everything was in working order. The ease to check in and out was fantastic. Ample parking for 1-2 cars. Easy access to and from the highway. Walking distance to Knott Berry Farm!

Comfy beds

We are a family of 7. There were enough beds for all of us to sleep comfortably. Not enough seating in the living room. It would've been nice to have more towels. Also, hand towels to dry our hands off with. This was a nice vrbo, just not the best.. On the bright side it's only a few minutes away from Knotts Berry Farm.

Nice location to Knott’s, cozy for a family. Unfortunately there was no propane so the grill and fire pit did not work. The neighbors lights lit 2 out of the 3 bedrooms all night long. Nice ambiance over all.

Updated, Clean, Quiet Neighborhood next to Knott's

Our family of 6 just stayed here during Spring Break. The Check-in/out process was very smooth. The house was very well setup for our family and we couldn't have asked for a better stay. Quiet neighborhood and was barely a 10 min walk to the front gate of Knott's Berry Farm. The Host was extremely responsive and we plan to stay again!

Great location

We did a family trip to CA for our spring break. I found this property and it was perfect for our family of 6. Everyone had a bed (which my kids were grateful to not have to share). It was super centrally located with shops and restaurants nearby. Neighborhood was safe. We had a great time being able to go to the beach, walk to Knotts Berry Farm, pick up yummy food. It was a great trip!

Thankful but left wanting

Spacious but it was cold, the heater couldn’t keep up. The shower is reversed for hot and cold. not enough kitchen supplies; dish Towels, cookie sheet… nice back yard with seating.

Just right for us

We stayed here during our trip to Disney, so we were really only there to sleep as we were gone all day. The unit was immaculate and well cared for. We had no issues during our stay so we didn’t need to communicate with Nelly while we were there, but check in was easy and the neighborhood was quiet. Very convenient for us.
