I just had a fantastic time at Casa Joseph. The vibe was super welcoming from the moment I arrived, and the staff really made me feel at home. My room was spacious and stylish, with awesome views of the city and a cozy bed that made it hard to get up in the morning! I loved hanging out by the rooftop pool; it was the perfect spot to chill and catch some sun.

Check-in was a breeze. Such a wonderful reception! Gabriel is an excellent ambassador for the hotel. He accommodated our request for a slightly earlier check-in. He is genuine, knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. Room was as pictured…spacious and well appointed. Will definitely stay again!

I had a great stay at Casa Joseph. The place was spotless, the staff were wonderful and the neighborhood was safe and walkable. The only thing that would qualify as a negative was that there was a lot of street noise during the early evening, but by bedtime it settled down. Check out Cafe Pina across the street for a quick coffee, too. I’ll be staying at Casa Joseph my next time in Buenos Aires.

Overall in terms of value I can easily consider it one of the best places I have ever stayed at in the world. Coming from Rio de Janeiro within the same trip, I stayed in a place which has almost a 5 star rating, in the best neighborhood of Rio with hundreds of reviews and it still didn't even come close to this place. So much so that I can't review the other place based on how great this place was. I can't put them on the same level. It's locacated in a safe neighborhood, connected to a very busy Italian restaurant were you can get a nice cup of coffee in the morning. There are many grocery stores near by where you can either buy groceries to cook in your room or wine and drink to store in the fridge. It's also located near many restaurants, coffee shops and not to mention it's only a 5-7 min walk to a Michelin star restaurant that's considered the best steak houses in the world. It's not that far of a walk to 3 de Febrero park which was a beautiful park and considered the nicest parks in Buenos Aires. Walking along the park will connect you to some of Buenos Aires top attractions. There is also a nice outdoor mall nearby with an ATM if needed. For the room, it's spacious, the bed is comfy, nice spacious bathroom, balcony, kitchen, decent lighting and it's clean. Definitely recommend.

After a week long stay, Casa Joseph was everything I'd expected and much more. It's a small, boutique style hotel with a host of amenities that make even a longer stay enjoyable. The front desk staff, including Gabriel and Diana, were outstanding. They went well beyond what you'd expect including arranging transportation, recommendations on things to do, and a warm greeting throughout the day. Great service like that is hard to come by and should be appreciated. I can't say thanks enough to them. Dining options in the area covered the entire range - from fast food, to small cafes, to Michelin-rated restaurants. Everything was walkable. Shopping is nearby including the outlet stores just a few blocks away. Subway station was just a 5 minute walk. All in all, Casa Joseph exceeded expectations and I would certainly stay there again when visiting Buenos Aires. Muchas Gracias!

Beautiful but towels must be replaced

The rooms were beautiful and the staff was very friendly. But the towels looked like rags, and they had lipstick on them from other visitors, and hair. Nothing makes me feel more uncomfortable than these types of things when I get to hotel.. that’s why I gave the low rating. Even when they gave us new towels they were extremely old and looked like cleaning rags.
