Good but

The superior room was nice but the floors were very slippery and there was no bath robes or slippers. The breakfast was buffet style and basic. The recommendation for the restaurant for dinner was not good as food there was very bad. I had to return the steak. It was tuff as a boot, even knife could not cut it. So lots of room for improvement

Location was great. We could walk to all the sights within 1 mile. Hotel made arrangements for a car to pick us up. Locals recommended Uber vs taxi. Uber was cheap. Hotel has restaurant but we didn't us it. We like ice and they accommodated us with a large ice bucket. We had vip status so we were upgraded and allowed to check in a 10:30am.

What a Super Hotel

We loved this hotel. It had it all, spotlessly clean, comfortable, nice restaurant, great breakfast, close to shopping and restaurants and the staff was outstanding. Great tv in the room with Netflix, You Tube, etc... We really can't praise Esplendor enough. We stay in a ton of hotels, and this is one of the very best.

The staff at front desk are exceptional; helpful, nice friendly, and all in english. They are your hosts during your stay and are your go to for help and suggestions. Room was very nice, modern, well maintained. View was interior court. Location is rough and maybe out of the core of the nearby tourist area. Hotel is on a side street. Breakfast each morning was ok but something is wrong - eggs and potatoes never available together, bad buffet flow made the room always seem confused. refresh off. Personal welcoming hotel (not huge) and the great front staff are big strengths that have people returning

Good location - walkable to many tourist sites. Room was very clean and staff provided excellent service. But despite a menu, only breakfast was available at the hotel and dining options in the area weren't great (all very casual, barely sit down service). Would add a LOT to have an on-site restaurant.

A GREAT place to stay in Buenos Aires, impeccable, professional, friendly, helpful staff; very nice recently refurbished rooms, very nice pool area, free breakfast buffet was just right. Close to shopping, restaurants, other main points of interests of the city. Would gladly stay again.
