The check in process was an absolute nightmare. The link to check in with all instructions was sent so late while I was already in the airplane and had no internet and after arrival, I had to open roaming to get the verification codes via text message to be able to check in. So they cost me the roaming fee as well as so much hassle to get the instructions. My friend who was staying with me knew spanish and that is the only way we could make it work. They don't speack English...very very poor communication... The room itself is okay, but is very laud. You can hear everyone in the street even the steps of the dogs walking iutside! For 2 ppl for 1 week stay, they only provided 1 single toilet paper roll!!! There was one single tiny hard soap and that's it! No shampoo or other soaps. The location was really good tho, close to everything and very walkable. Overall, I do not recommend staying at this place just because of their very poor communication.

La ubicación del apartamento, excepcional. El barrio Palermo tiene de todo, buen trasporte público, muchos restaurantes y cafeterías y supermercados. Lamentablemente el estado del apartamento es muy regular. Muebles, cojines y sábanas sucias, las pareceres necesitan limpieza y mantenimiento. Aún así, es muy amplio, bien ubicado y cómodo. Ojalá los dueños le den mantenimiento y sean cuidadosos del detalle para que esta propiedad sea un hit.
