The Space:

Welcome to our two excellent lofts in the new Madero Urbano building, near the famous docks of Puerto Madero!



Each of our two units, are located next to each other, measuring 45m2 each, have capacity for three people and have a bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, single beds that can be converted to a double bed, sofa bed, internet high speed and balcony to enjoy the views of the city.



At the Madero Urbano building, our guests can also enjoy the heated pool, gym, 24-hour security, and sauna. Additionally, units come with one free parking space, which can be accessed after check-in.



Our lofts are located a short distance from popular places such as San Telmo, the Bridge of Women and other places of historical interest such as Plaza de Mayo, Café Tortoni and Casa Rosada (10/15 minutes).

Guest Access:

We have a brand new app called 'HOSPY', where you can make your virtual Check In with your identification. You can also pay your Security Deposit by this channel. The deposit is refunded between 10 and 14 days after your departure. In the app, you will have a direct contact with your personal host. Deposits vary between USD 50 for studio apartments and 1 bedroom to USD 800 for 8 or more bedrooms. (Deposit payment does not apply to Airbnb guests)



Additionally, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (per hour), late departures (per hour), extensions, excursions and more. In our app, you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time.

Puerto Madero is a neighborhood that is constantly growing and developing tourism. Formerly a commercial port, but today it has been transformed into a modern and elegant area with a large number of restaurants, bars, shops and hotels.

Getting Around:

Puerto Madero offers several transportation options for travelers to and from the Ezeiza and Jorge Newbery Airports, as well as several bus lines and subways close to the property.

For transportation to and from the Buenos Aires airports, guests can arrange a private transfer through MOT, take a taxi, or rent a car. Private transfers provide a hassle-free option, while taxis are readily available outside the airport. Renting a car is also an option, with several rental agencies located at the airport.

Interaction with Guests:

Our guests can request an early check-in or a late check-out, paying an additional half day, with check-in at 10:00 or check-out at 16:00 (if there is availability). If you wish to check in before 10:00 AM, or stay beyond 4:00 PM, you will need to add a full day to your stay (if available). We can also store your luggage for a few hours in the event that you do not wish to pay an additional fee or there is no availability.
