Air conditioning will keep the apartment cool on hot summer days, while the built-in laundry area allows you to do your laundry without leaving the apartment.

Guest Access:

We use a tool called 'HOSPY' to verify guest identity. Guests must upload their ID or passport to receive check-in instructions. They can then choose to pay for Early Check-In or Late Check-Out for each extra hour they need, based on the average nightly rate. Additionally, they must upload a credit card (in the name of the guest who made the reservation; this does not apply to Airbnb reservations) as a guarantee in case of any damages. Check-in instructions are displayed on 'HOSPY' half an hour before the usual check-in time or the time they paid for.
