Great place

Great location and place. There is one washer and dryer on the top floor and takes coins but no where to get coins and no signage indicating how many coins so we ended up spending $25 USD to do laundry a block away.

This Is Not a Hotel

This not a hotel. It is an apartment. You won't get any kind of service during your stay. the access is terrible. If you don't have great service expectation, it's a good place. But if you want cleaning service, breakfast, or simple a bottle of water in the refrigerator, avoid it.

La propiedad es tal cual las fotos. No me gustó la comunicación con el propietario. Trataron de cobrarme tarifas no adicionales a lo contrado y me acosaron para que me retire antes del horario del check up. El barrio es genial, pero el dpto está en un Primer piso y se escucha TODO, si alguien pasa camina del por la vereda, autos, motos.
