Sheets were too small and didn’t cover the mattress, hair on the mattress, the blanket was not covered, only a cover placed on the sides, not a real blanket cover, and it got exposed with any movement, And there was even a wet toilet paper roll in the bathroom. Not acceptable for a “luxury” hotel

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. The staff was welcoming and attentive from check-in to check-out. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was convenient—close to shops, restaurants, and public transport.
