La habitacion excelente solo no nos gusto el bano estaba incomodo y no pense que fuera banera, y lo otro que deben mejorar el confort de las camas. Por lo demas estuvo excelente todo el servicio y comodidad de la habitacion. El desayuno excelente.

Great Hotel in every aspect. We have stayed here twice and loved it. Feels like home away from home. The only criticism I can think of is there was a young lady at the reception counter who delt with our check in and check out. She didn't seem very confident in here role and was rude to her offsides at the front desk who tried to help her. This added a lot of extra time to checking in and out.

Very nice hotel in a great location. Can easily get to many places. Lobby has some weird art but otherwise a very clean and modern hotel. Pool was too much in the shade.

Gracias a Lucas y a Lucio, quienes nos ayudaron a resolver algunos contratiempos durante nuestra estancia. Siempre atentos, con ganas de solucionar problemas, manteniendo una sonrisa y una excelente actitud. Gracias a ambos, un saludo. En cuanto al restaurante, considero que es necesario contar con un manager que pueda instruir y capacitar al staff en temas de servicio. Aunque el personal es amable, el servicio deja mucho que desear. Esperar 30 minutos por un café y 50 minutos por un huevo pochado es excesivo, especialmente tratándose de un buffet, donde la carga de trabajo para el personal debería ser menor al enfocarse principalmente en las bebidas y alimentos calientes. Espero sinceramente que puedan mejorar este aspecto.
