A cozy suite studio can become a room for three, with a separable double bed and a high-density couch bed! Bedsheets and towels of the highest quality are provided.
The rooftop jacuzzi (available December-March) may be used for free through prior booking, except when the grill area has been booked.


For security purposes, our Guest Service team will be asking you to complete personal information for all guests (full name and ID number) after your booking is confirmed. This info will be checked upon check-in.

Check-in is entirely contactless, thanks to the code lock system the apartment offers. On reservation, we will be giving you a series of codes which will be used for opening your apartment, the front door and a designated storage locker downstairs.

The building has a laundry on the last floor, with two free-use washer/driers, courtesy soap and softener!
You can also make use of the ground floor's luggage storage free of charge! The storage opens with the same code your room uses, and the lockers have instructions for easy use!
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned apartment, featuring a kitchen with a stovetop and a microwave. There's a private patio. Great apartment for long term stays

Pros: great location in the heart of Palermo SoHo, despite proximity to bars it’s relatively quiet, modern, clean and well appointed, keyless access, free washer/dryer, Cons: jacuzzi access policy. Yes, access is included, but you need to contact the owner every time to reserve. You can’t just decide to go to the jacuzzi whenever. If other guests have it reserved that night, or if the are “owner” events that reserve the whole evening (there were 3-4 in one week at one point), then you might not get access during your stay. I don’t agree with policy of “reserving”. If others want to use the jacuzzi at the same time as you, then you just make friends. Doesn’t have to be a “private” experience…
