The space
Located in the Palermo neighborhood - considered to be one of the most upscale areas of Buenos Aires. It is just blocks from some of the trendiest restaurants and only a 10-minute walk to Alto Palermo Shopping Mall.
It is spacious, with 750 sq. feet of both indoor and outdoor space, including a private balcony with a breathtaking view of the city. Due to its higher floor location, the apartment gets plenty of sunlight throughout the day.
The apartment is in a modern building. The building has a rooftop terrace - just one floor above - where you can relax and there is a BBQ grill up here if you want to play chef.
This apartment also includes 2 new Smart 4K TV's in the apartment (in the bedroom and the living room) to enjoy your favorite shows. The Smart TV's allow you to connect to your Netflix, Youtube, Disney +, Amazon Prime or Apple TV account.
This apartment is perfect for a longer-term stay in Buenos Aires or pampering yourself for just a few short nights. Our company owns/manages several other units in the same building if you're staying with friends/family and all want to stay in the same building.
