Sehr schlechte Erfahrung. Kommunikation gleich null – auf Nachrichten wurde nicht reagiert. Zusätzlich ist die Plattform extrem unübersichtlich: Die Unterkunft wurde über Casamundo gefunden, dann zu FeWo-direkt weitergeleitet und schließlich über Expedia gebucht. Am Ende weiß man überhaupt nicht mehr, wo man Nachrichten schreiben oder Antworten erwarten soll. Sehr kompliziert und intransparent. Beim Check-in standen wir über 2 Stunden vor verschlossener Tür, weil der Code nicht funktionierte und ohne Info geändert wurde. Die Unterkunft war extrem dreckig (Bäder, Betten, Geruch) und teilweise beschädigt. Trotz 240 € Endreinigung mussten wir selbst putzen.
Überall dreckig.
Staub unter den allen Betten
Kaputte Schublade in der Küche./ Bringt Gefahr.
Kaputte Türen fast in jedem Zimmer.
