My husband booked the room for me. I went and showed the reception, his credit card and his ID because he was out of town and my credit card was lost. They did not let me check in very bad experience. It was more like racism then a service.

The room was small but ok

The room was much smaller than it looked in the photos. I thought a microwave would be in the room at least, it wasn’t. I had trouble getting the remote to work, so I had to sleep with the tv on & I’m not used to that. The bed was really comfortable, the pillows were good for me, not overstuffed.

For the price I paid to say in the room it was worth it. I could fine things to complain about if I wanted to. But overall it was a enjoyable experience and I enjoyed staying there

Arrived late after the Bills game…lady at the front desk was very polite and assisted us with check in. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy! Will stay again!

Dirty bedding. Filthy rug,walls and bathroom. Hamburger meat ,dirt chips and other food on the rug.When I complained, the woman desk clerk suggested that I bring the dirty bedding downstairs myself. Vending machines were empty and outdated.

Perfectly Fine Place Tp Spend A Night

Decent place. A little bummed that they did away with the continental breakfast. Also disappointed that there wasn't any shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom. Neither of these are dealbreakers. We'll be going back in November.

It says in the advertisements that there is a continental breakfast, but there was not. The rooms were very small, no shampoo or conditioner. The carpet was ripped. The staff was nice.
