we where there 8 days and I had to ask for towels and take out garbage. We asked for service four different times and the only thing they did was give us TP and Kleenex. Our room was never cleaned and our towels and garbage never taken. Same bedding the whole time. It was nasty. When I asked for a manager three times, there was never one available. And it is unfortunate because the property is beautiful.

We loved our stay in this hotel. It was clean and the people were kind. Dan worked the front desk and was amazing! He had the best recommendations! Whether it was food or fun, his input was spot on! It was a great property. One of our bed frames was broken when we arrived, but staff made note of it.

First night was fine. The last night was terrible. The remote wouldn’t work, so we couldn’t turn off the TV. No help from the front desk other than telling us to unplug it from the wall. Then an entire little league team arrived running through the halls, screaming for 3 hours. No parents and I called the front desk 3 times

Great location, comfortable stay

The hotel is in a great location. Getting out of the street to turn left onto Maple Rd. can be challenging because of the amount of traffic. Our room was neat and clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. We didn't have enough shower gel at first. The front desk gave us a whole container of it but we couldn't replace it in the shower because it needed a specific key to unlock the holder. The next day the housekeeper was able to do it for us. We thought we got housekeeping services every other day but we received new towels daily which was nice. The breakfast was great the first day but only ok the following days. Food was running low due to a large student group there and the hotel staff was slow to replenish the buffet.
