The room was clean, and the staff and amenities were great. I didn't like the hidden parking cost. It's $40 a night, and on weekends it jumps to $80 a night. I could've gotten one across the street for a lot cheaper, considering this was during the off-season. 80 is ridiculous.

The room was great. Staff were all very friendly and courteous. Note: The body shower gel was out when we tried using it. Add extra towels for guests.

Great hospitality, central to all things niagara. Amazing amenities and a great view! Loved my stay and the corner suite overlooking the falls. Also, there was easy access to everything, that was a bonus.

Room was clean, slightly dated. Cost are high for extras. Parking is astronomical for parking yourself, you cannot take your own luggage to your room , which then requires a tip. Overall a weekend that used to be a nice getaway is a costly weekend that you could enjoy elsewhere for less then that price
