We were excited for our mini vacation with the family and it started poorly from the second we arrived. We got to the hotel at 4 to check in. The check in process was fairly good despite having to wait 30 minutes to be seen by someone. Once we finally got seen, we were told they had a room for us but unfortunately it was not cleaned because the cleaning staff was behind and they could not give us an estimated time of when we would be able to get our room. Finally after an hour and a bit, we were finally given a room but told the water had been shut off and that it was supposed to be on any time but that that was also delayed. The second we walked into our room, the stench was unbearable. It smelled like moldy wet carpet. It was absolutely disgusting. Then we had issues with the tv and mini fridge not working, maintenance did come after sometime and fixed the issue. We were very disappointed with our experience especially considering the price we paid to stay here. You would think that the price would reflect the quality of the hotel but in this case it most definitely did not.
