Everything was amazing except the front desk staff forgot to register me for a boat tour package etc that I already paid for and was told to show up 15 mins before 3pm to find out I missed out

Nice hotel, didn't interact with the staff during our stay. Wildflower Lounge was nice but quite expensive. Check out was a shock with all thd other hotel add on. Another 300.00 added on to my bill which I didn't budget for! Love Niagra will be back but not at this hotel.

Wifi had terrible speed. TV channel selection made me think I was in Moscow again. Great water pressure but shower drain turned the shower into a bathtub. For such a large Premier property there were no Bellhops to move the luggage. parking offsite left me walking to and from the lot at Valet pricing. Great location with great amenities on site

Perfect location, tired hotel

The location of the hotel is worth the stay, however the room itself is extremely tired. missing shower curtains, no way of holding shower head against wall, scuffed carpets. The lifts are frequently out of order too. But once in the room, a birds eye view of Niagara falls is amazing

Staff were attentive and considerate. They were able to assign a room to us earlier than usual check-in time. The room was clean and the view was magnificent.
