The infinity pool was filthy and full of floating debris, the hot tub was closed. Over crowding of the pools even with booking times online. The watermark restaurant was so not worth the price. The steak was veiny and chewy as well as the lobster overcooked. Definietly not worth the amount of money we poured into our one night stay. Out in like 900 dollars between hotel and their affiliated resturant to only be left feeling underwhelemed.

The coffee machine in the room did not work (On/Off switch appeared was non-functioning). Also, for the duration of our stay (including overnight) there was a rattling noise -- sounded like a tree branch rattling against a window, though I know it wasn't a tree branch because we were on the 32nd floor; might have been a loose window or window pane(?) It was a very windy evening. In any event, the noise was persistent and somewhat annoying.

Property is great, lots of places to access without even having to leave the buildings, however when we got there it was extremely busy had to wait longer than we would prefer, and parking was full so ot took longer having to park in another lot not on the Property and wait for the shuttle back. That staff was great and the shuttle driver was wonderful! Wish we got his name, to shout out a great staff member!
