I don’t normally like being harsh but this is not a 4 star hotel. Other than the restaurant that is attached, the very nice concierge Sonny, and the gentleman who serves breakfast with a smile, this hotel is terrible. I stayed for 3 nights and my room had stains all over the pillows and sheeting. I only asked for room service to clean my room on the 2nd day and they did not clean my room or even make the bed. All they did was replace my towels and toilet paper. Further, as you can see from the photos, the state of the hotel is in disrepair with the floor tiles coming up from the floor. I have absolutely no idea how this hotel has a 4 star rating, but you are better off at any of the 3 star rated chains compared to this location.

We've stayed here multiple times and we were never dissapointed. We always see the same staff at the check in desk and it makes us think that the management is doing a great job taking care of their employees. We'll be back for sure! The decoration during Christmas is absolutely amazing!

Long term stays have to ask to get service and fresh towels. They can’t fix the bed or change the trash. Decent room for Buffalo but you’d think the premium price would solicit excellent service. It doesn’t. No bed bugs so there’s that. The suite has a nice bathroom and some extra space. Have to call to get ice. Room service done at 9:00. Thought it would have more for $250 a night.

It is wonderful to have the Chandelier bar, Italian Prime restaurant and Perla all in the same complex. The beds were comfortable. The only negative was the noise from room above, could hear the walking back and forth. Our room on the 2nd floor

Then hotel was very clean and orderly. Nice touches everywhere. The hotel offers two dining options: one more laid-back and the other an upscale restaurant. Both are very nice. The room was lovely. This is our new go-to hotel in Western New York. Yay!!!

The rooms have a nice aesthetic, location is not great if you want to walk around but it’s really close to the airport. First impressions stay with you and unfortunately as you’re going up to your room you get hit by a stench as you enter the elevator. Main elevator by the reception was the worst with an awful smell that never went away and it’s unfortunate because the lobby is well-kept.
