Cheap stay was the plus side
So I guess you get what you pay for.
Despite the circumstances, please greet your guests gleefully.
Never turn your back when speaking.
Make a consorted effort to make the place clean. Even if you have to get some nice smelling stuff.
And please clean the carpet.
