We stayed at Suzangaron Hotel as a family, and it was truly unforgettable. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy. Our children loved the courtyard — a peaceful space where they could safely play while we relaxed with tea. The room was large, spotless, and decorated in a way that made us feel like we were living in a piece of Bukhara’s history. Breakfasts were delicious, full of homemade treats and fresh local products. What made the biggest impression was the kindness of the people — every interaction felt sincere. We left feeling like we had stayed not just in a hotel, but in a home filled with warmth and care.

Suzangaron Hotel perfectly captures the spirit of Bukhara. It’s located in a peaceful part of the old city, within walking distance from the main historical sites. The design is absolutely stunning — a mix of traditional patterns, wooden carvings, and warm colors that create a true oriental charm. The staff are polite, professional, and always ready to help. The breakfast each morning felt like a small celebration of Uzbek cuisine. I really appreciated how clean and well-maintained everything was. After long days of sightseeing, coming back to this calm, beautiful place felt like returning home.

We stayed at Suzangaron Hotel as a couple and absolutely loved it. The hotel has a very cozy, family-friendly feeling, and the staff treated us like part of their own family. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with traditional details. The kids enjoyed the courtyard, and we loved relaxing there in the evenings. Breakfasts were amazing — lots of fresh fruit, homemade pastries, and local dishes. This hotel truly made our stay in Bukhara special!

I loved my stay at Suzangaron Hotel! The building itself has a lot of character, with traditional Bukhara architecture and lovely details everywhere. The room was spacious, quiet, and very comfortable. The team at the reception were super friendly and helped me arrange transportation and guided tours around the city. Breakfast on the terrace was one of my favorite moments — fresh fruits, local bread, and a great view. It’s the perfect mix of tradition and modern comfort. I recently stayed at the Suzangaron Hotel in Bukhara and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect — just a short walk from the historic center, yet quiet and peaceful. The rooms are clean, beautifully decorated in traditional Uzbek style, and very comfortable. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh local dishes and good coffee. Overall, it’s a great place to stay if you want a mix of comfort, authenticity, and warm hospitality in Bukhara. Highly recommended!

The same two people are working on reception and serving the breakfast. When we came at 7:30 PM, we were trying to find anyone for 15 minutes. Very poor furniture in the room, during the night we had outside light in the room, it was not possible to set room temperature..

Needs an improvement.

Service was ractive, zero proactivity. They didn't make the room , they only do it "if you ask for it" (noninformation at arrival). Aircon was unplugged, wifi didn't work properly. Bathroom clearly needs a renovation, specially the shower, with a dirt curtain. Breakfast was basic and had to ask for juice and coffee as machine didn't work. the only positive aspect is tge excellent location.

It is located in the heart of old city. Easy and convenient to walk to all the attractions of the city. I recommend to try food in “Zolotaya Bukhara” restaurant near the hotel
