Uphondo Lodge is great value yet luxurious

We found the staff to be very polite, discreet but helped when approached. The receptionist who welcomed us was charming and knowledgeable. He explained the challenges they face due to existing infrastructure problems beyond their control. There was a very clean pool available, lots of different chairs and loungers around the pool including a hammock. The cover from the careful tree planting gave the feel of an oasis around the pool

The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. They took the time to stop and chat, genuinely caring about my experience. It was refreshing to have them check in and offer assistance before I even had to ask. If you’re looking for a welcoming atmosphere and top-notch service, this is the place to be.
