Spanning over 7 acres of land, our main house boasts five spacious bedrooms, two and a half baths, a cozy living room with a fireplace, and a convenient laundry area. We prioritize your comfort and have carefully chosen the best quality mattresses, pillows, towels, and toiletries to ensure a luxurious and rejuvenating stay.

Our fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring 650-liter fridges, coffee machines, a 90 cm gas cooler, and a 90 cm oven. Stay comfortable year-round with the ducted air conditioning and heating system, while the inviting wood fireplace adds a cozy ambiance during the cooler months. Entertainment options abound with a 70-inch smart TV offering Foxtel and Netflix, perfect for relaxing evenings. Gather with loved ones in the spacious dining room, or step outside to experience the beauty of our country-style house, complete with balconies on all sides, allowing you to revel in breathtaking mountain views and soak up the stunning sunrises and sunsets.

A unique highlight of our property is the one-of-a-kind dome tent, equipped with air conditioning and heating. This remarkable structure offers unparalleled views from both the front and top, allowing you to witness the magic of sunrise and even enjoy the sight of water within the dome—a truly rare experience found in the Hunter Valley.

Indulge in leisurely activities at our country-style bar area, which includes a pool table for friendly competitions. On the other side, you'll find our inviting swimming pool, along with a BBQ area, pizza maker, and ample seating—creating an atmosphere reminiscent of a sprawling golf course outfield.

Relax and unwind in our inflatable hot water spa, which comfortably accommodates 4 to 5 people. Please note that during the winter season, we will provide limited firewood to keep you warm and cozy. Additionally, we have outdoor toilet and shower facilities; however, they do not have hot water.

To maintain a serene and harmonious environment, we kindly request that the maximum number of guests does not exceed 15, and we do not permit visitors. Parties, events, loud music, and yelling are strictly prohibited to ensure the tranquility of our surroundings and the respect of our neighbors.
