Riverfront 3 bedroom/ 2 bath condo with 1610sqft. Built in 2006, the unit offers stainless steel appliances, ceiling fans, washer/dryer, jacuzzi tub in master bedroom, granite counter tops, 65’ TV in living room, 60’ TV in Master Bedroom, cable, dvd player, and wireless intranet included.

The Master Suite has a large king size bed, while the second bedroom has an Eastern King size bed, then followed by a 3rd bedroom with Queen/Queen adult bunkbeds that can sleep kids or adults. The unit is fully furnished and includes a full kitchen with most utilities. The condo is built right on the Colorado River, with spectacular views of the Laughlin casinos and Colorado River from your living room, master bedroom, kitchen, and private balcony. Our dock offers river taxi service directly across to all casinos on the water.

Our complex has ample onsite parking which is gated 24 hours a day, an oversized pool and jacuzzi, along with elevator access to the condo floor.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, which features a fireplace. The bathroom has a jetted bathtub and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a microwave and a washing machine.
