Disliked: Cleanliness

Needs a good Clean and updates.

Dirty inside and out. Locked windows without keys so no ventilation to bedrooms. Dead house plants. Damaged vinyl floor a trip hazard. Broken screen doors. Fat dripping out of range hood onto cooktop. Rat poo on the Barbie. No reply to phone calls or emails.
