The approximately 95 m² apartment on the first floor of the seminar house offers a quiet retreat in the Steigerwald – ideal for couples, families, or small groups with up to five sleeping places.
Two connected bedrooms create a communal atmosphere. The large room is furnished with a double bed, a single bed, a table with chairs, and a sofa. In the adjoining smaller room, there is another double bed. Single room rental is not available.
The bright, wood-paneled kitchen offers basic equipment with a hob, sink, refrigerator, dishes, and a dining table with seating. Upon request, you may also use the house’s professional kitchen. Breakfast is not included but can be booked on site.
The bathroom features a bathtub with shower function, washbasin, toilet, washing machine, and fresh towels.
The outdoor area with fire bowl and seating is available to all guests – ideal for relaxing evenings in nature. Seminar rooms in the house can be used for events or privately. Participation in ongoing workshops is also possible; current offers are available on request.
Access to the apartment is via the glass entrance hall at house number 23 and a spiral staircase to the red apartment door. You use the entire apartment exclusively.
The house is located in the quiet village of Oberrimbach, surrounded by forests and meadows. The Steigerwald starts right at your doorstep – perfect for hiking, cycling, or horseback riding. The cities of Würzburg, Nuremberg, and Bamberg can be reached via the A3 in under an hour.
There is a small horse stable with four horses on the property. Your own horses can be accommodated by arrangement and for an additional fee.
