Deux carte une pour lumière et une carte pour orte

Quoi de mieux après 1100 km parcourus de trouver l'établissement , seulement voilà. A l'accueil le réceptionniste veux me faire repayer une chambre alors que déjà réglé en ligne sur hôtel.com. Après avoir consulté ma carte d'identité il me propose un nom d'une personne que je ne connais pas. Finalement il retrouve mon dossier il me désigne la chambre 105. Le parquet flottant formait un dos d'âne la porte de la chambre déjà ouverte j'avais 2 cartes une pour ouvrir la chambre et une déjà présente dans le lecteur pas d'électricité

un desastre de hostal

Al llegar no había nadie en recepción, llamamos al teléfono que indicaba la reserva y vinieron a los 25 minutos. Los enchufes de la habitación no funcionaban y las luces tampoco pero al marcharnos no pudimos decir nada en recepción porque no había nadie. Un desastre!

Bueno para peregrinos. Zona tranquila. Habitación pequeña, enchufes poco accesibles. Sin un miserable vaso en el baño, ni jabón de manos.

Relacion calidad-precio esperada

Habiamos leidos comentarios muy malos, por lo que ibamos cierto temor, pero la habitacion no estaba tan mal como decian los comentarios, no era la mejor habitacion del mundo pero por el precio y para dormir estaba muy bien, el colchon muy comodo y el cuarto de baño limpio.

La habitación estaba sucia, los cristales por dentro con gotas pegajosas. La ventana sucia, el baño sucio, las almohadas sucias, la colcha con manchas de aceite o algo parecido. Deprimente. No volveré a usar este servicio. Tengo fotos para subirlas si quieren.

Al llegar no había nadie, nos atendió tras un rato la mujer de la limpieza, que era muy agradable. La cafetería cerrada, en la página web anuncian alojamiento con desayuno, pero no dan desayuno. Las instalaciones están bien, buena limpieza, pero la gestión un poco deficiente.

La puerta no cerraba y estaba al lado de la ronda y sin aislar con lo cual toda la noche escuchando coches. Olía a tabaco y el señor de recepción nunca estaba y todo de cualquier manera. La chica de la limpieza no daba abasto ella sola. Estaba todo ocupado en Burgos pero sin duda no vuelvo

Engañan al ofrecer servicio de wifi, que no lo brindan, volví donde el casero.a decirle que no funcionaba y me aclaro la clave que la habia dado mal y aun así tampoco funciono. Hay una tele que no funciona. La ducha rota. La atención al huesped, pésima. No lo recominendo a nadie.

Estupendo para unos días en Burgos

Bien, el centro a 15 minutos andando, buen servicio, la única pega que la habitación olía mucho a tabaco, personal muy correcto
