Holiday Home 'With Swimming Hall' with Private Terrace, Private Garden and Wi-Fi

The holiday home is located in a beautiful rural area, inviting you to relax, hike or cycle. The 198 m² living space offers an exclusively furnished living area in 70s style with Wi-Fi, TV and a well-equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, microwave and more). Books and board games for all ages provide entertainment on rainy days. Up to seven people will find enough space to rest in the two bedrooms and a gallery adjoining the living area. In addition to the main bathroom, there is an extra toilet.



A special highlight is the swimming hall. Here you have access to a year-round indoor pool with counter-current system, a sauna, a spacious shower and a relaxation room – ideal for swimming, splashing and relaxing. On sunny days, the adjoining terrace with outdoor fireplace invites you to end the day outdoors. The entire pool area can be locked separately. Animals are unfortunately not allowed in the pool area, but have plenty of space to romp outside.



The garden impresses with a spacious lawn, a sandbox and another large, partly covered terrace with seating area and sun loungers. Small-scale celebrations are possible after prior arrangement. In the surrounding area, you will find numerous restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies within a 10 km radius. In the village, vending machines with drinks, ice cream and snacks are just a minute's walk away. The beautiful landscape invites you to bike tours along the Old Canal, hikes to Burg Burgthann or walks on the Dillberg. The convenient location also allows for larger excursions, for example to Nuremberg Zoo, Regensburg or Munich.
