Welcome to your Dale Hollow Lake Retreat! A Spacious 4 bedroom home sleeping up to 10 guests located 2.5 miles from Dale Hollow State Park. Roomy family-friendly home with boat parking and fire pit. Minutes to the marina, boat ramps, fishing, and golf course. Enjoy an open layout, fully equipped kitchen, bunk room, and large living area. Quiet location with easy access to Dale Hollow Lake, perfect for fishing trips, lake weekends, and group getaways.

The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master has a king bed with an attached bathroom with a tub and separate shower. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. 3rd bedroom has a twin bed and bunkbeds. 4th bedroom is upstairs attached to the 3rd bedroom. 4th bedroom has a full bed and a twin bed. Living room also has a pull out bed in the couch.

House includes body wash and shampoo in the showers. Handwash at the sinks and some other goodies just in case you forget anything. There are many board games available in the entertainment center in the living room. Also a 65 inch TV in the living room with fast WIFI for streaming any of your favorite movies or TV shows. There are also tvs in the master bedroom, 2nd bedroom and bunkbed room.

Driveway is large enough to fit your boat so you don't have to rent somewhere to store it while your having fun on the lake. Don't forget your golf clubs there is a beautiful state park golf course a mile away from the property.

Guests have full access to the entire property, including the home and spacious driveway
