Located about 350 meters from a beautiful, dog friendly, sandy beach. Right in the centre of the village of Brean.

The apartment has been totally refurbished in early 2022.

For an additional £15 per stay, one small dog is acceptable.

The space
49, Hill View, Brean has recently refurbished to a very high standard.

The apartment includes two bedrooms. One has a double bed and the other a small double bed. Both room have some storage.

There is a full kitchen and it includes a fridge with small freezer section.
The living area has a feature wall with electric fire place. It’s has a 40 inch smart tv. Internet is supplied throughout the apartment.

The shower room has a low entry shower tray with wall handle to assist.

Well impressive apartment was just right for me & mother and her little dog. Was very clean and tidy and was lovely to have a private gate to beach. Mike the owner was very friendly when communicating to him through messages. Thank you Mike for making our stay so relaxing. Mrs Y Miller

Lovely apartment

The apartment is lovely, on entering it was tidy and smelt very fresh. It had been cleaned to a very high standard. Decor is very nice and beds very comfortable. A lovely touch was all the things left for us!! Milk, bread, butter, etc. Definitely recommend this apartment
