VERY BAD STAFF

Very Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The reception staff were extremely rude and treated guests as if we were beneath them — acting like we were stupid and they were somehow superior. We had clearly booked a room with breakfast included, but they insisted that our reservation did not include breakfast. I showed them the reservation details, and it was obvious that breakfast was listed as included. In fact, all room options in their system show "breakfast included." Despite this, we were forced to pay extra for breakfast, which we didn’t even end up eating due to the unprofessional and arrogant attitude of the staff. It's a shame. I definitely do not recommend this hotel. They seem to be looking for any opportunity to charge guests extra — I wouldn’t be surprised if they tried to make you pay for the water or slippers in the room.

Bir daha ayni otelde konaklamayi dusunmuyorum

Otelin onundeki park yeri cok limitli. Park yeri bulamazsaniz, karsidaki Kultur Park'a yonlendiriliyorsunuz, oraya donus yol olarak trafikli ve uzak. Otopark parasini siz odeyin, biz size nakit verelim gibi profesyonellikten uzak bir yaklasim sergileniyor. Odalarin temizligi eh iste, idare eder. Personel yaklasimi da ayni sekilde, tatmin edici degil. Bir daha ayni otelde konaklamayi dusunmuyorum.
