Prohibited activities: smoking, vaping or drug use; illegal activity including underage drinking; no off-road, ATVs or unlicensed vehicles; no fireworks, firearms, hunting or weapons of any kind; no campfires; fire pit requires host approval (no trash); no parking on the grass; no pets; no unregistered guests.
No glitter, party sprinkles, confetti, body oil or re-arranging furniture.
Only human waste & toilet paper can be flushed.
All trash must be bagged and placed in outside bin.
No loud music, events or commercial use (photo/video) without prior host approval.
CANCELLATION POLICY The initial deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to your stay, less a 10% processing fee. No refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in, except for spring/fall/winter antique show dates, no refunds for cancellations made within 60 days of check-in. The cancellation policy will be upheld, no exceptions. All guests are encouraged to purchase trip insurance.
