Staff was very courteous, the Expedia VIP upgraded room was fantastic. The bed and shower were amazing (although it took forever for me to realize you had to twist not pull the knob to switch from handheld to overhead shower), and the location was so close to everything and subways. What really stood out was the little refresh and refreshment room in the lobby for guests. They thought of everything and had things in there that even five star hotels don’t have: cologne and perfume varieties, microwave, espresso maker, hot water dispenser, snacks, some toiletries (vending machine for others in lobby and a 7 Eleven across the street). Very safe, busy area close to subway and bus stop as well as airport limousine drop off area. Check schedules for airport limousine with them prior to departure as it only comes every hour but not necessarily on the hour. Will absolutely stay here again and this felt more like a 4 star hotel to me.

Best Louis Hamilton Hotel is located very close to Haeundae beach and Market, and also a few minutes away from the bus stops. Close to all restaurants and Busan X The Sky, as well as the Blue Line Park. The room is also very clean and neat, and the bed is comfortable to sleep in. We will definitely stay here again when we go back to Busan ❤️

The room design is awful. No walls or door to the bathroom. People can see into the bathroom from the entrance door. All walls are mirrored so there is no way to avoid seeing your twin room mate coming out of the shower. Not suitable even for married people let alone friends sharing a twin room. Breakfast was inedible. Still frozen and not cooked on the premises. Barely warmed and everything is plastic food / ultra processed and even the milk is UHT and not real. Awful. We could not face breakfast on 2 of the 3 days.

Really great overall. Staff are polite and friendly. Room is spacious, shower has hot water, room has a heater that you can toggle on/off or set to your desired temperature, and the location is near the main Haeundae area (short 5-10min walk). Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.
