We did like the fact that the hotel is located across from the beach and lots of restaurants and street food vendors around. We asked for the regular bath towels, which we only got 4 hand towels for the 4 days we stayed there. They only replenished our water once. Pool was closed. Confusing to find the location as the building

Room looked way better in photos than in real life. The rooms were too hot, the air conditioning units are way too small for the rooms. The suite was very large, and the view was great, but the whole place smelled like mold. The towels we were given were only hand towels and they smelled like cat pee. No laundry service, which is really appalling for a hotel to not even offer a paid service to guests. Maybe there was but the staff didn't even seem to care what we were asking for. The whole place felt like they didn't want us there. I would not stay in Hauendae again. It is so far from everything in Busan. Better to stay in Gwangalli nowadays.

It was hard to navigate at first with the elevators since it is in the same building as the Sea Cloud but once you get it, it's fairly easy. The room was nice and spacious. Definitely recommend!

Not the best not the worst.

The hotel was ok. It’s part of 2 or 3 other hotels so check in was a little confusing and the pool was shared making it very busy. The pool area seemed a little dated. You had to wear a swimming cap or baseball cap but it was ok to not wear a T-shirt. The location is a little overwhelming but out towards the Capsule Cars is a lovely boardwalk and seafront area with nice bars and restaurants.

This hotel is very dirty with the smell of raw sewage coming through the kitchen sink even on the 17th floor. The common areas were filthy and the bathroom was full of mould. Our room was supposedly renovated in 2023 however I find this hard to believe given the condition it was in. The cupboards had been fitted dangerously so that if the light was on the open cupboards were burning on the light and the cupboards were all singed.

The beds were old and stained and had no padding. The Elevators are minimal and wait time is long. The hotel staff at check out was rude. This website won’t allow me to leave an honest review. The area is loud but close to a food market. We would not stay here again.

The staff never be there in the desk , no iron ,no big mirrors, hand towels for the body and for get to the 8floor have to get 3 elevator 🙄 I never recommend this hotel , to expensive what I get ,o don’t like this hotel never again to be there.

There was a fire in the building recently. The burn smell wasn’t bad in our room, but awful everywhere else in the hotel, in corridors and elevators. Horrible!
