The main living area offers a comfy 4-seater couch and smart TV, perfect for movie nights. Dining zone offers an 8-seater dining table and direct access through the sliding door to the outdoor alfresco.

Spacious kitchen boasts all the modern conveniences of home; including a gas stovetop, electric oven, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, plenty of bench space and double sink.

The master bedroom is situated in its own wing of the house and offers a king bed, walk in robe, ensuite with vanity, shower and separate w/c. Dunsborough town centre is a 7-minute drive away; where you can browse the many boutique gift and clothing shops.
