The wait-staff in the restaurant managed the customers well given the output from the kitchen was very slow but the food was delicious. The reception staff on checkin and checkout were very professional and a delight to deal with.

Room was lovely, well sized. Bed was a very firm for our liking, and the pillows were not supportive at all, but thats just our personal preference. Very quiet. We were right opposite elevators, but we heard no noise throughout the evening or morning.

Amazing everyone was super friendly and quick responses. Wish we had a way to cast our shows to the tv.. but thats a small thing as we only bunkered down for the night to get through the storm.

Amazing room facing the ocean with a balcony. Amenities are excellent and the staff are wonderful. Breakfast was very good with lots of options too. Become a member and get discount. The location is awesome as you can walk to so many places right on the Busselton foreshore. I would stay again fpr sure we loved it

Great place to stay and very close to beach. Hotel is clean and has a Willy wagtail named Clive who greats the guests. Staff were awesome and friendly and food was amazing!! Thanks guys made my birthday weekend even more special!

Hotel is great for base to tour Busselton and Margaret River region. Clean rooms, nice beds, pity no bath. Staff were great, but only ever one or occasionally 2 on for the breakfast, which means guests have to wait to be seen and then seated. More staff for the breakfast period be great. Also being able to order a almond milk cappuccino to be made would be good.

Great location

We had a one night stay at the Hilton in Busselton during our trip around Western Australia. The location of hotel is perfect to explore the foreshore and walk out The Busselton jetty , many restaurants and cafes nearby. We had a meal at the restaurant, limited menu but very nice meal. Breakfast was very good with good selection. Can’t fault, would definitely stay again.
