The Space:

Welcome to Kalima Retreat, where your biggest worry will be trying to decide whether to play golf, visit the local wineries or just sit back and do nothing!! Relax and unwind in true Down South style at Kalima Retreat and enjoy all the stunning South West of WA has to offer!



This spacious home is designed perfectly for the ultimate Down South holiday. The wide entrance hall which delivers you to a huge open plan living area where you can enjoy cuddling up next to the wood fire on the coldest of days or just enjoy the convenience of pressing a button for the reverse cycle air-conditioning. The open plan kitchen, living and dining area flows seamlessly onto the expansive alfresco perfect for relaxing and entertaining.



Guest Access:

In Winter, enjoy a wine or coffee in front of the fire pit. In Summer enjoy outdoor entertaining and a BBQ. The spacious kitchen includes a large island bench, plenty of storage, dishwasher, gas cooktop, large 900mm electric oven, refrigerator & microwave. The Master Suite / parents retreat offers a queen size bed and spacious ensuite. The three additional guest bedrooms are located in their own wing at the rear of the property. Bedrooms 2 and 3 feature 2 x king single beds in each with bedroom 4 featuring a queen. These bedrooms are serviced by the family bathroom with a bath and additional lounge space / activity room for the kids.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

🔥 Fire Use Reminder

Please note that our fire pits are available from May to October only.

A local fire ban is in effect from November to May, so fire pits are not permitted during this period for safety reasons and in compliance with local regulations.

This property is self-catering; however, a welcome pack of essential items is provided.We also provide a porta cot and highchair – we do request that you bring along your own cot linen and mattress protector.
