Only 100 metres from the new Saltwater Entertainment Centre and a short stroll to cafés, restaurants, and the Busselton Foreshore, this beautifully renovated two-bedroom, one-bathroom villa is ideal for guests seeking comfort and convenience.
Inside, the villa features a bright, open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and dine at home, while the adjoining lounge offers a comfortable space to relax with a smart TV and Wi-Fi for streaming. Reverse-cycle air conditioning in the main living area ensures year-round comfort.
The master bedroom includes a queen bed with ample wardrobe and storage space, while the second bedroom features a tri-bunk (double on the bottom and single on top), perfect for families or friends travelling together. Both bedrooms include stand alone fans for warm summer nights and quality bedding for a restful stay.
The laundry area offers a washer and dryer for guest use, making longer stays easy and convenient.
