The Space:
The cottage is a three-bedroom, double-story home. The open-plan kitchen, dining and living area leads out to the undercover porch, where you can utilize the BBQ for lunch or dinner. The master with king bed is on the ground floor and has an adjoining ensuite. The second bathroom features on the ground floor and combines as a laundry. The other two bedrooms with queen beds are located on the second level, between each is a small sitting area and TV.
NOTICE OF WORK:
The City of Busselton will shortly be undertaking some infrastructure upgrades on Prowse Way to improve the existing storm water drainage and resurface the existing road. They will also be replacing the kerb at the same time. These works are necessary due to the age and condition of the current road surface, and the improvements they are making will ensure the road and drainage will better serve the community.
These works are scheduled to commence in late March with completion planned in May.
Works will be conducted between the hours of 7.00am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday.
Road closures will be in place during working hours with temporary traffic management measures during evenings and weekends. Local access will be maintained at all times with potential for minor delays.

A local fire ban is in effect from November to May, so fire pits are not permitted during this period for safety reasons and in compliance with local regulations.
