Didn’t specify what unit we were in, 4 units to pick from all had door codes. Took us over an hour to actually get in. Host gave us the wrong code, had to spend an hour on the phone with some 3rd world country trying to get into my rental. After all that the bed was not a king, the hot tub was ice cold couldn’t get it to work or turn on. RENTAL HOST WOULD NOT ANSWER OR HELP! Hot tub was extremely gross and had literal debris in it low water (took videos). This was suppose to be a relaxing stay and this rental didn’t provide what it promised. I am requesting a refund.
