Ali was amazing. The property looks rough, but the inside has had a remodel and looks great. Staff is amazing, I loved that they have cameras all over so I felt safe parking my car outside and traveling alone with my 2 kids. Someone was smoking and it infiltrated our room (not their fault) mattresses are not what I prefer. If I had to rate the staff and safety 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. The beds … 😢

Walked in to the over powering smell of cigarettes, to a very dingy lobby. Gave us a non-smoking room just off the lobby on first floor the reeked of cigarette smoke. Stained curtain falling of window. Long black hairs on shower curtain like it wasnt even changed out for a clean one. A used cleaning glove was sitting in the desk. Tv had to plugged in and unplugged to turn on and off. To top it off at 1030pm the housekeeper is going door to door knocking and attempting to enter rooms. Through the thin walls I heard this woman enter several rooms that were occupied in her attempts. Tried entering mine luckily my deadbolt was latched. Then all night all I can her were the workers and others (tenants or friends) walking the halls and shouting, couple with the the intense cigarette small as if they were walking the halls smoking. Absolutely atrocious. Left there with my clothes and my childrens clothes smelling horribly of cigarettes. I should've made them pay me the $250 smoke deposit! Place needs shut down and revamped.

Not the greatest experience. Ali was nice but we had an issue where at 6am someone opened the door to my room. They somehow had a key card that opened the door, luckily I had the door lock locked so they didn't come in. I brought this issue to the front desk and they didn't offer any real resolution

Hotel did not look like anything in the pictures when we arrived there was multiple broken windows and random trash and junk laying outside and the man working in the lobby was smoking a cigarette INSIDE, we decided not to stay there and requested a refund which we have yet to receive

The staff was friendly, but the hallways to the room are carpeted and they were extremely dirty with pet hair and stains and the whole building smell like smoke although they said it’s a smoke free building. The room was dirty tub was dirty. Mirror was dirty floors was dirty overall give it a one very disappointed in the money I spent.

Obviously the complex has some some makeovers which was welcome. The front staff, espevially Alli was a wonderful and attentive host!! Coffe was terrific. We never eat that type of breaky so can’t comment on. Nice Visit. Keep up the great work. It was priced fairly!!
