The bed was the best part. So comfortable. Looks like they use the same rag to clean the whole motel . Streaky film on mirrors. Need to sweep and mop floors. It sufficed but would not stay again

Overpriced, sad shape, dumpy.

Remember when Red Lion was considered a "top-end" hotel line?? Not anymore. This poor building is so worn out. My shower head was broken loose inside the wall so it flopped around and pointed straight down. Used bar of soap left in shower. Fridge is just set up on the desk, making the desk and mirror unusable. Bed was ok. Hallway floors and those in public areas needed vacuuming. Looked like there was someone living in a small trailer in the parking lot. Overpriced, for sure.

Very small room. One roll of toilet paper for 3 people for 2 days. No tissues. Smelled like cigarettes in the hall and lobby and eventually in our room. 2 towels for a booked three people. Some of this could have been addressed but should have been prepared since it was a reservation. Paper thin walls. AC worked.

Do not ever stay here. beyond dirty. rude staff. bugs in room. had to check out. was too disgusting to be in the room for even 5 minutes

We didn’t expect much for the price and based on previous ratings but we arrived to our room and the sheets, towel and bathroom sink were dirty. Housekeeping was not available so we had to make our own bed. Wouldn’t recommend staying here. Gone are the days of a cheap hotel being decent.

We were asleep and forgot to engage the safety latch. A staff member opened our door , turned on the light and demanded to know who we were and when we checked in. We also went for an early morning walk and came back to find our room key didn't work. When I went to the desk to complain the same staff member was rude and threatened to not activate the key even though all our things were in the room. Worst hotel experience ever.

We arrived and the first floor smelled of smoke. There were beds and parts in the entryway. Our tv didn’t work and the toilet didn’t flush well. The floor was gross and grimy. The shower (which we didn’t use had hair). We arrived late and left early (stayed less than 12 hours - it was so nasty). Don’t recommend.

When we first walked in, we had to wait ~20 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk, and the building reeked of cigarettes. Our room was okay, no towels in the bathroom at all, as well as no hand soap. Bathroom appeared to not have been cleaned from the last occupants. Free breakfast was limited options and no attendant.

When we checked in the guy helping us said there was a problem with our reservation and he needed to go talk to someone. Then he said, “actually would 2 full size beds be okay instead of a queen?” We had been traveling for the last six hours with a toddler. We just wanted to go to sleep so we said we’d take the room. He brought up three different times that we were lucky and he wouldn’t charge us extra for the two beds. 🙄 He apparently thought he was doing us a favor instead of us doing him a favor for taking the room he had available without any complaints. First the lobby smells terrible of cigarettes, and a family on our floor had four dogs off leash and one tried to go into our room with us. The hallways leading to the rooms are very poorly lit. It gives a creepy vibe. The rooms are cleaned very poorly. There were crumbs on the floor and hair on the beds. When we checked out the two employees at the front desk were having an argument. We will not be staying here again in the future. Hotel from my nightmares.

In need of a facelift/paint job but the quite basic room Was very clean and Ali at the front desk was super helpful in addressing the booking mistake I had made. We’d stay there again. Take earplugs!
