Nice room, but very quiet location with little food n shopping options in the immediate surroundings. The fire alarm went off, but the announcement could not be heard inside the room. This is a fire safety concern that needs to be looked into.

Excellent hotel in Butterworth. Brand new. Very close to the Ferry and train station. Has an excellent breakfast buffet. Great facilities, with a nice pool and gym. Will definitely be back the next time I visit Penang.

The hotel is new and everything is up to standard. Staff are helpful and friendly. Just the location is not very convenient, but you can always call Grab to travel/ food delivery.
