Our accommodation is super functional, designed to offer comfort and security. It has a private pool and is located in an exclusive condominium with 24-hour security. We are just 200 meters from the beach;

In addition to the private laundry area, the house has 4 air-conditioned suites, a full kitchen, a large living room and a private barbecue;

The condominium has complete infrastructure with swimming pool, lake, parking and sports square;

Upon entering the house you will find:

Garage for 2 cars, but the condominium has rotating parking, so we can accommodate up to 3 vehicles, 2 in the house's parking lot and 1 in the condominium's parking lot;

Private gourmet area with cooktop, beer fridge and support counter, all air-conditioned;

Charcoal barbecue area, swimming pool and gas-powered steam sauna (Private);

Living room with integrated TV and dining area;

Fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils;

Guest bathroom;

Excellent Wi-Fi for home office and streaming;

There are 4 air-conditioned suites that accommodate up to 12 people according to the following configuration:

Suite 1 - Ground floor - Double bed + 1 single bed, wardrobe;

Suite 2 - Ground floor - Double bed + 2 extra single mattresses;

Suite 3 - Upper floor - Double bed + 1 extra single mattress;

Suite 4 - Superior - Double bed, wardrobe;

*The cleaning fee listed includes cleaning before check-in, bed linen, and laundry service for bed linen;

*If the guest wishes, we can recommend excellent housekeepers who prepare breakfast, lunch, and organize the house as needed. We can also recommend barbecue chefs if you require these extra services during your stay;

Our check in/out is simple, seeking agility for our guests, we have a 24-hour concierge and we authorize the delivery of keys upon identification of the group and all the necessary information.
