The stuff are very slowly. Doesn’t know how to solve small issues as how to replace the breakfast tables.They have no idea how to contact the tours companies or places around .. they don’t even pick up their calls. So no concierge “help”. The place are full of mosquitos. They don’t allow you to eat at your room or even bring a bottle of beer... claiming appearance of ants In the room... the room service horrible only change the towels but didn’t even clean the floors. Too expensive.. never going back !

The hostel is very close to a nice beach and many good restaurants. and the environment is very nice. The design of the hostel is beautiful and I felt very relaxed.

Pousada charmosa muito bem localizada no bairro histórico Passagem. Cercada de bons restaurantes num local tranquilo com uma belíssima vista. Toda a equipe do hotel é muito gentil e atenciosa.

A experiência em geral foi ótima!! Todo o staff do hotel é super educado e agradável, os pratos do restaurante são super bem executado e com preço justo!! Café da manhã poderia ter mais opções, atendimento da recepção/governança bem rápido diante dos problemas que eu tive em um dos quartos. Muita rotatividade na pousada, devido ao ambiente Instagramavel, piscina suja (bem suja) em pleno domingo. Ótima localização, em um bairro tranquilo de Cabo Frio, cercado de bons restaurantes e em frente a Ilha do Japonês.

Camas e limpeza do quarto terrível

Apesar da área comum e do quarto serem muito bonitos a limpeza do quarto deixa a desejar, o chão estava grudento e encontrei um sabonete velho e usado por outra pessoa no banheiro, a colchão da cama é ruim, aparência velha e com “buracos”. Um ponto forte é a comida que é muito gostosa, apesar de nos dois dias de estadia o cardápio era o mesmo. O atendimento no geral é muito bom, o chef é muito atencioso e educado, assim como a Paloma da recepção, entretanto fui mal atendido pela moça do bar por causa de um suco com muitas sementes.

Estacionamento na rua em frente sempre teve vaga os 4 dias que fiquei hospedado. Único porém foi a falta de cortina Blackout. Muito perto dos melhores restaurantes e bares de Cabo Frio, dando para ir a pé.

As instalações são boas, achei as camas um pouco baixa, mas isso não impediu o conforto, a area comum é bem decorada, a piscina linda, o café da manhã é maravilhoso, tudo fresquinho. Os funcionários são educados e cortês.
