Amazing pool and staff but very remote location

The big pool was really amazing and so were all of the people who I encountered such as at reception and in the kitchen (to ask for ice). The beach was lovely and private with small waves. The rooms were average ... not very big and ants were crawling along the baseboard in the bathroom though not anywhere else. The problem though was the location. The Uber driver couldn't find it so it took us a very long time to get there and my friends said because of the location they would not stay the 2 nights that we booked and we left after one night.

Achei razoável, o lugar em si é muito lindo! Mais o quarto que fiquei muito ruim, fedia mofo, não tinha água direito na descarga nem na torneira. Roupa de cama manchada, colchão e travesseiro muito duro.

A estadia foi muito agradável, e o local é realmente lindo, com uma área externa impecável que proporciona momentos inesquecíveis. No entanto, alguns pontos poderiam ser melhorados, como a manutenção do quarto, especialmente o frigobar, que não gelava adequadamente. Além disso, o café da manhã poderia oferecer mais opções. Apesar desses detalhes, a experiência foi positiva, e o ambiente encantador tornou os dias ainda mais especiais.

Infelizmente minha estadia foi muito ruim. Piscina interditada por motivo da bomba que faz a limpeza ter estragado, ficou suja até o momento do check out fiquei lá de 5f a domingo. A piscina principal estava muito suja, tanto os azulejos das bordas como a água. Nenhum dia foi colocado cloro nessa piscina. Os quartos necessitam urgentemente de manutenção e limpeza, tenho certeza que as cobertas não são lavadas, falta pano de chão para trocar de um dia pro outro. Muitas coisas precisam ser ajustadas, descarga com defeito, quarto sem energia, ar condicionado sujo e barulhento. Gerente sem ferramenta para solucionar os problemas, os donos deveriam contratar mais pessoas e paga-las em dia pelo serviço que elas prestam. A coifa da cozinha está muito suja, crosta de gordura, a porta da cozinha está nojenta de suja. Hotel não fornece um café da manhã bom, e também não fornece toalhas para piscina e para a praia. Ao possui nenhum tipo de apoio na praia tem que levar tudo, desde toalha, cadeira, guarda sol. Fico muito triste pois o espaço é maravilhoso mas falta a presença de um dono e de uma equipe pro ativa e satisfeita com o ambiente de trabalho. Funcionarios sem educação, nitidamente querendo ser mandado embora dificulta o sucesso da pousada. Espero que esse feedback seja aceito de uma maneira positiva para melhoria da qualidade do negócio.

Cama dura, colchão Velho e desconfortável. Travesseiros duros e velhos. Ar condicionado antigo super barulhentos. Foram pessimas noites de sono. Chuveiro horroroso. Pousada precisando muito de manutenção. Fomos embora antes do tempo. Não valeu a pena. Parte externa ok, bonito como nas fotos.

Péssimo

Pessimo. Quarto totalmente diferente do que foi reservado e limpeza deixa a desejar. Desde antes da primeira noite no local pedi ajuda para trocarem de pousada mas não nos trocaram e tivemos de ficar todas as noites nesse local. Privada suja...chuveiro não esquenta e tive de pedir pra trocarem a tampa da privada, pois, estava nojenta e o chuveiro tambem, pois, aquele estava todo enferrujado. Tudo muito antigo nos quartos e sem manutenções. Atendimento de alguns é como pouco caso. Site não está permitindo que eu adicione fotos.

Pousada sem administração

Local lindo e maravilhoso, uma vista de tirar o fôlego.. mais o atendimento e a limpeza tá muito longe de bom, parece que foi abandonado o local, não tem administração, não tem atendimento, cheguei no local fiquei perdido, pessoa q me atendeu nem achava minha reserva, depois d mais de 30min achou, fomos alocados e um quarto diferente da reserva, com cheiro de mofo terrível, geladeira enferrujada, parece que guardaram peixe podre, banheiro estava com presente no vaso, e chuveiro cheio de areia…olha não vou descrever todos os detalhes, mais certamente e um local que nunca mais vou voltar, e torcer para não ter pegado alguma virose… local muito sujo… não tem bebedor de água…só comprando…

Decepcionante

Minha estadia não foi boa, pois apesar da pousada ser pé na areia, o quarto que fomos alicados tinha parede com mofo, banheiro não estava bem limpo, vazando agua do box com tapete imundo, roupa de cama manchada e com um cheiro péssimo. O café da manhã era bem simples, somente duas variedades de frutas, sanduicheira suja, suco horrivel. Só conseguimos entrar na piscina no primeiro dia, pois daí em diante, a piscina ficou imunda, com placas de protetor solar boiando, alem de muito cabelo, o q dava nitidamente pra perceber que a piscina não era limpa, mesmo com muitos hóspedes na pousada. Cabe aqui um unico elogio para o sr José que nos recepcionou com muita simpatia.
