I stayed here for two nights the room and the bathrooms were very clean. The breakfast was really good. The tv in the room had only two channels and wasn't smart. But in general a really good opcion.

Hotel bom mas o serviço pode melhorar bastante

A pousada é muito confortavel e bem localizada. O cafe da manha é bom. Eu gostei muito, entretanto fiquei despontada com o serviço. Viajei somente com minha mãe, idosa de 87 anos. Avisei na reserva. O quarto foi otimo, mas poderiam ter me dado uma vaga ao lado do quarto para facilitar a locomoção de minha mãe, principalmente porque eu estava sozinha e tinha que manobrar o carro. Além disso, achei um absurdo no check out, eu ter que deixar o quarto para conferirem o frigobar. Minha mae nao podia ficar em pe do lado de fora enquanto eu ia pegar o carro... foi estressante esse check out e no final nós nem tinhamos consumido as aguas do frigobar. Me disseram que estavam cumprindo ordens da gerência... fiquei super desapontada com a falta de sensibilidade para a nossa situação!!!

Average value for the price but friendly staff.

Loved the pool that ran almost the length of the building. Kitchen and bar staff and housekeeping were very friendly and warm. However I was very disappointed by the spotty wifi - both in-room and on the main floor. I was there for three nights and for two of those nights I had to give up using the wifi because the signal kept fading in and out and was more out than in. This was also the case in the main floor dining area where I couldn't even read the news during breakfast. I was also dissatisfied with the AC in my room that seemed t I barely cool the room. The breakfast was average in quality though with a wide selection. There was also two hot food options, what looked like cut up pieces of hotdogs and scrambled eggs however they were barely warm and lacking in taste when I had them.

Some days the pool looked filthy, but the staff was clearly fighting against it, so it might be a problem related with their filtering equipment. This pousada is a great value, they offer a daily schedule to the beaches for free, each day a different beach. Good breakfast and free dvds. Very central location, close to the bus terminal, almost every beach is within walking distance for those that don't mind spending up to 10 to 30 minutes walking. Cheap transportation service is available nearby for just R$2,50 and it's possible to walk to the city centre in just 10minutes.

É a segunda vez que nós fomos a esta pousada. Gostamos principal por conta do preço e da localidade pro centro de Búzios. Ponto bom, atendimento dos colaboradores, boa refeição, local limpo. Ponto ruim que desta vez a banheira esta cheia de cabelo e que o estacionamento que fica dentro da pousada é pago.

Pousada muito boa com excelentes funcionários , atenciosos e educados!! O que nao gostei foi em saber que deveria pagar pelo estacionamento somente apos ter pago, pois na site nao consta essa informação. E fiquei mais surpreso pq o estacionamente é da propria pousada e nao terceirizado. A informação sobre o pagamento do estacionamento precisa ser ao fazer a reserva e não após .
