This property was not what it was advertised as. We had no working TV for the first 3 days we were there. Wires hung out from behind the wall mounted living room television. The pots and pans were unusable. We had to go to Walmart and purchase a pan so we could cook eggs. The cooktop did not operate correctly. The grills ignition system did not work. The grilling utensils were rusted and unusable. The beds were uncomfortable and the bedding linens were worn out and the sheets were stained. The towels were worn out and needed to be replaced. The furnishings looked like they were purchased at a second hand store and were anything but comfortable to sit on. The ceiling fan in the living room did not work. Every room had burned out lights. We tried to use the clothes washer to wash towels, but there was a seal out in it and the condo then filled with sewer gas. All the shower and bathroom sinks drains were plugged and needed to be cleaned out by the maintenance department. Maintenance came the first 5 days of our stay to deal with the different issues. The shower doors don’t open properly and are unusable to larger people. The bathroom fixtures are all worn out and do not operate properly. A window in the main bathroom is broken open and cannot be shut. The bathroom vent fan does not work. This was advertised as an Elegant remodeled Terrasol Suite. The place looked nothing like the pictures. We contacted the owner, but he never talked to us. He is a swindler! Stay clear!!
