This gorgeous 2800+ sq. ft. offers two Master Suites each having a king bed with pillow top mattresses, a jacuzzi tub, his and her sinks, and a sitting area with balcony entrance. The Guest Suite provides 2 queen beds, a complete entertainment center and a full bath. A pull-out sofa bed in the living room can sleep a maximum of two, with a full bath off the living room.
The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a breakfast bar and a dining room table as well as a full size refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee maker, blender and a full size pantry. The drinking water is completely filtered throughout the Villa La Estancia complex. A washer/dryer/wash tub is located off the kitchen area.
There is a large dining area, flat screen TV's in all rooms, ceiling fans, cable, and individual thermostats in the main rooms.
